PLEASE READ and TAG anyone that needs to see this)Before having children, I truly didn’t understand the plight that many mothers faced post-baby. Pre-baby, I figured I was in the best shape of my life and would snap back once I had my twins. After all, I’ve been an athlete all my life. Ironically, things didn’t happen that way. I had a scheduled c-section and was left with an umbilical hernia and Diastasis Recti( abdominal separation). I wanted to pretend that everything was ok but I was depressed. It took a while to come to the terms with my newfound body. However, the experience humbled me and made it even more gratifying to train because my purpose was much deeper. Through hard work and sacrifice I was able to get back into shape. I implore you to do the same. Your obstacles are only as big as your mindset. If you BELIEVE you can do it You WILL!!! Ladies, I’ve been there and understand how hard it is but I’m telling you that with right amount of dedication and effort anything can be achieved .
