R.E.A.L. Music
In an industry where rap groups are declining, a Jersey quartet emerges and is ready to take the rap game by storm. Rappers Kid Allik, O.Live, Moses The Raven, and K-Proetic make up the alternative hip hop collective R.E.A.L. Music or simply R.E.A.L, which stands for Rhymes Equal Actual Life. The group was formed back in 2001 by brothers K-Proetic and O. Live and their cousin, LTGK in East Orange, New Jersey and revamped in 2009 with the addition of Kid Allik and Moses The Raven.
The group prides themselves on being pretty diverse, performancing at hardcore underground hip hop clubs as well as cultural events such Juneteenth festivals. With releases such as Moses The Raven's "G X R L," K-Proetic's "beautifulDystopia" Kid Allik's "PLUS," and the upcoming release of O.Live's debut album "Catharsis," R.E.A.L is proving to the hip hop community why every fan should take notice, planting an indelible, heavy footprint in New Jersey Hip Hop. "R.E.A.L Music" stands for Realizing Entertaining Advanced Lyricism in a Moving Unique Sound that Impacts Culture. Their focus is crafty, skillful, intelligent, and influential lyricism along with entertaining, creative, storytelling music.
